Xcel Maintenance Services was established in January 2005. Partners; Matt Davidson and Tim Crow have over 50yrs experience between them within the building industry. Xcel Maintenance Services was established to cover all aspects of the building maintenance industry and has been able to secure a good foundation in it’s strive for excellence in the future.

In 2008 company focus was shifted to the commercial sector of the building maintenance industry. Xcel Services Pty Ltd was established in 2009 and the Trading name of Xcel Maintenance Services transferred to the new entity. Maintenance contracts with Gold Coast City Council, Gold Coast Water, SES and other numerous projects have been secured and the company started its growth.

In 2010 Xcel Services submitted application for State Government (Qld) prequalification of preferred contractors (PQC) and was successful in its application. Xcel Services now has the ability to grow within the government sector and has plans in place for this ground work eg: implementation of sustainability systems, environmental management, registration with Q- Build and exposure to all government buildings/ sites within the south-east Queensland area.

We have also diverged into installations and maintenance of park shelters, amenity blocks, board walks, small bridge assembly and park seating installation.
